When a customer places an order on your FBM listing, the order comes to you/your warehouse, you pick-pack-ship within Amazon's SLA window, and you handle returns. We protect OTDR by (1) rate-shopping 5 carriers per order to pick the right speed/cost balance, (2) same-day handoff for in-window orders, and (3) flagging any extended-transit destinations before the order ships. What's the minimum order volume for FBM fulfillment?
300 orders per month is the minimum. If you're below that, we can discuss case-by-case but the per-order pricing is calibrated for sellers doing serious FBM volume. Most established FBM sellers cross 300 orders/month easily once they list 10+ active SKUs.
Can I run Amazon FBM and Amazon FBA from the same inventory pool?
Yes — this is one of our most-used setups. Your supplier ships once to Montreal. We store inventory. As FBM orders come in, we pick from the same bins. When you need to send FBA inbound shipments, we prep and route a portion of inventory to Amazon FCs. One warehouse, both fulfillment models, same SKU bin locations.
Do you integrate directly with Amazon Seller Central?
Yes — native Amazon SP-API connection. Orders sync every 15 minutes, tracking pushes back automatically, inventory updates flow both directions. No CSV exports, no Zapier, no third-party order management software required.
What shipping carriers do you use for Amazon FBM orders?

Do you handle returns for Amazon FBM orders?
Yes — returns are a standard part of FBM. We receive the return, inspect within 24 hours, photograph any damage, restock re-sellable units automatically, and quarantine damaged items for your decision. Returns are billed per-unit inspection ($0.50 typically), with restocking to your bin included. Amazon handles the customer refund, we handle the physical unit.
Can you ship FBM orders cross-border to US customers?
Yes. Many FBM sellers list on both Amazon.ca and Amazon.com. We ship US-bound FBM orders via FedEx Cross-Border or UPS Cross-Border with 2–4 day transit to most US destinations. Customs documentation handled per-shipment. OTDR stays clean because the carriers we use have predictable cross-border transit times.
What about Amazon hazmat products (lithium batteries, aerosols)?
We ship hazmat-classified SKUs (lithium batteries, aerosols, flammable liquids) once you've passed Amazon's hazmat review for the specific SKU. We don't handle the Amazon hazmat application — that's seller-side. Once approved, we apply UN labeling, comply with carrier hazmat rules, and route via hazmat-cleared lanes.
Can you do branded packaging for Amazon FBM orders?
Yes. Custom boxes, branded polymailers, inserts, thank-you cards — same setup as our Shopify DTC service. One nuance: don't include marketing material directing customers off Amazon (it's against Amazon TOS). We help calibrate inserts to be brand-positive without triggering Amazon enforcement.
