How quickly do you reply to inquiries?
New customer quotes are answered within 4 business hours (Mon–Fri). Existing client operational requests are typically acknowledged within 30 minutes during business hours. Urgent issues (Amazon account health, late shipment, customs hold) flagged in the email subject get priority handling.
Can I visit the warehouse before signing?
Absolutely. Many of our clients visit before committing — it builds confidence and lets us walk through the operation together. We host tours by appointment Monday to Friday between 10 AM and 4 PM. Email prep@prepkingz.ca with your preferred date and we'll confirm within a day.
Do you take walk-ins?
For drop-offs (returns, inventory, supplies), yes — Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. For meetings, tours, or extended discussions, please schedule in advance so we can have the right person available. Cold walk-ins for sales meetings are not productive for either side.
Is your team bilingual (English/French)?
Yes. Our team is fully bilingual EN/FR. You can communicate with us in either language for emails, calls, contracts, and operations. Documentation can be provided in your preferred language.
What's the best way to reach you outside business hours?
Email is the best channel after hours. We monitor prep@prepkingz.ca regularly and triage urgent issues even on weekends. For Amazon account suspensions or other emergencies, mention "URGENT" in the subject line and we'll respond as quickly as possible.

Do you serve clients outside Quebec or Canada?
Yes. We serve sellers across Canada (most clients are in Ontario, Quebec, BC, and Alberta) and US-based sellers shipping to Canadian customers or using us as a cross-border hub. Distance doesn't matter for fulfillment — what matters is getting your inventory to our Montreal warehouse.
How do I send you inventory?
After signing the service agreement, you ship inventory to our Montreal warehouse address. Parcel, pallet, or container — all formats accepted from Canadian, US, or overseas senders. We send detailed receiving instructions and labels in your onboarding email so your suppliers know exactly how to address shipments.
