Inbound check-in
Boxes are received, weighed, and matched against the shipment you submitted in PrepBusiness. Discrepancies are flagged within 24 hours.
Quality control
Every unit is inspected for damage, expiration dates, and packaging integrity. Damaged units are pulled and reported with photos.
Prep and labeling
FNSKU labels, polybagging, bundling, and any required prep work are completed to Amazon and Walmart standards.
Outbound shipping
Shipments are boxed, weighed, and sent to FBA or WFS using your preferred carrier or our discounted rates.

How fast do you process incoming shipments?
Standard check-in happens within 48 hours of arrival on Essential plans, 24 hours on Premium, and same-day on Elite when requested in advance. You will see status updates inside PrepBusiness as soon as the box hits our dock.
Do you handle Amazon Canada and Amazon US?
Yes. We prep and ship to both Amazon.ca and Amazon.com, including cross-border routing if you sell on both marketplaces. Walmart WFS, Shopify, and eBay are also supported.
Is there a setup fee or monthly minimum?
No setup fee. No monthly subscription. You pay per unit prepped, with the rate locked to your volume tier. After your first month, there is no minimum commitment.
What if a unit arrives damaged?
Damaged units are pulled during QC and reported in PrepBusiness with photo proof. You decide whether to discard, return to supplier, or have us ship anyway based on your judgment.
How long does onboarding take?
Most sellers are fully onboarded within 1 to 2 business days after accepting the quote. You receive your PrepBusiness login, our shipping address, and a quick walkthrough so your first inbound can ship immediately.
