Native Amazon SP-API authorization

Connect your Amazon Seller Central account in 60 seconds via Amazon's official SP-API authorization flow. You authorize PrepKingz on Seller Central, you get redirected back to the platform, and the connection is live. What is the PrepKingz Platform?
The PrepKingz Platform is our client dashboard and operations system — it's the software you use to manage your fulfillment with us. From it, you can monitor inventory, track orders, view real-time account health metrics, access reports, and message our operations team. It connects natively to Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, and other channels via API integrations.
Is the platform included in your pricing?
Yes. Access to the PrepKingz Platform is included in all tiers — Essential, Premium, and Elite. No platform fee, no setup charge, no per-user pricing. As your team grows, you can add as many user accounts as needed at no additional cost.
How long does it take to set up?
Most clients are fully onboarded — account created, channels connected, inventory in transit — within 7 business days of signing the service agreement. The platform itself takes about 30 minutes total across initial setup steps (account, Amazon connection, other channels, receiving address). The longest part is usually waiting for your inventory to physically arrive at our Montreal warehouse.
Do I need technical knowledge to use the platform?
No. The platform is designed for e-commerce operators, not developers. If you can navigate Amazon Seller Central or Shopify Admin, you can use the PrepKingz Platform. We provide bilingual onboarding support and a step-by-step setup guide. For Enterprise clients with custom API/EDI needs, our technical team handles the integration directly.
Can multiple team members access the platform?
Yes. You can invite as many team members as you need at no extra cost — partners, VAs, employees, accountants. Each user gets their own login with role-based permissions. For example, you can give your accountant read-only access to invoices without exposing operational data.
How secure is the platform?
The platform uses enterprise-grade security: SSL/TLS encryption on all connections, two-factor authentication available on every account, role-based access controls, audit logs of every action, and SOC 2-compliant infrastructure. Your Amazon SP-API tokens are stored encrypted and rotated per Amazon's security requirements. We never share or sell your data.
Is the platform available in French?
Yes. The entire interface is bilingual EN/FR. Switch language anytime from the top menu — your preference persists across sessions. Invoices, reports, and platform notifications all available in either language. Our support team responds in your chosen language.
Can I access the platform on mobile?
Yes. The platform is fully responsive and works on iPhone, iPad, Android, and any modern browser. While desktop is best for managing complex operations (multi-channel inventory, shipment planning), the mobile view is optimized for on-the-go monitoring — check order status, view inventory levels, message ops team from anywhere.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You own your data — period. If you decide to stop working with PrepKingz, we provide a full data export (orders, inventory, SKUs, shipment history, financial records) in CSV/Excel format within 5 business days of your request. Your account remains accessible for 90 days after cancellation for any final exports or reconciliation needs.
Does the platform handle multi-currency or international clients?
The platform displays your invoices and reports in Canadian dollars (CAD) by default — protecting you from FX exposure on fulfillment costs. For US-based clients, your bank handles CAD/USD conversion at the rate they offer. International clients (UK, EU, Australia) receive CAD invoices and handle their own conversion. Multi-currency display is on our roadmap for 2026.
Can I integrate the platform with my accounting software?
Yes. Invoices and activity reports can be exported as CSV or PDF and imported into QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, or any accounting platform. For Enterprise clients, we offer direct API integration with QuickBooks Online and Xero. Custom EDI integration available on quote basis.
What if the platform has an outage?
The platform runs on enterprise cloud infrastructure with 99.9% uptime SLA. In the rare event of an outage, our operations team continues fulfilling orders manually using backup systems — your shipments never stop. Status updates go out via email to all active clients. Historical uptime data is available on request.
How often is the platform updated?
Continuous deployment — new features and improvements ship weekly, security patches as needed. Major feature releases announced via email and in-platform changelog. You're always on the latest version, no manual update needed. We don't charge for updates or new features — they're included in your service.
